USCIS Announces Increase in Premium Processing Fees in 2024
USCIS announced that it will be increasing the filing fees for certain I-907 premium processing applications. The increase will commence on February 26, 2024. Any applications received before this date will be subject to the current fee, while any applications postmarked on or after February 26, 2024 will be subject to the new fee. The breakdown of the new fees are as follows:
